In my dreams, often; I choose to interpret these as an openness to change. The old makes room for the new, letting go of some things and embracing others.
I could interpret the worst, but experience has taught that I should work with the change. It’s not mysterious or mystical, it’s creating the proper narrative, the change will happen regardless, but observation can help to guide as points of choice are encountered. Interpretation can be a point of choice. This is an indication of growth, positive change, and rebuilding. There is a chance to reconstruct better at every point of choice.
One change I am experiencing is new enjoyment of learning music. Very rarely does a day go by without enjoying peace music brings. It is a joyful change, it comes with full embrace.
The expression of giving a new experience full embrace is an expression of yourself, it is becoming one with mind and body. Some intentional expressions of oneself can create such deep peace within.
