The Narrative

As much as we may recognize narratives as built on fabrications, when engaged with some emotions such as anger, the narrative can be difficult to change.

Tossed to and fro, lost in the storm, all looks the same, no path is clear. It’s part of the flow, trying to stay afloat is the tricky part.

Our minds sometimes can make us feel so disoriented, like that dream in which you are somewhere but don’t know where; nothing looks familiar to keep us grounded.

I’m my experience I have found what I may believe to be my understanding, is really my misunderstandings that need to be observed. But first this mind storm. Take any chance available to steer in the direction you believe aligns, then wait. Now you are in the mind storm and the only way out is through.

Awareness of mind tricks does not affect their existence, but it can let you develop a better way to identify and plan for them.

Come what may. Each event may affect each person differently; In hopes that one has a glimpse of better times, when all seems lost, stop, wait, look inside, heal from within to affect what is without.
